The plot and the location
Surrounded by nature and just above the sea lies this magnificent peace of land. With a plot of aprox. 22.000 square meters, it offers enough space to build a unique Beach Club Event Resort for the whole family. The plot is located in Los Realejos, with an easy access and panoramic views. The plot is built in terrace form and offers the perfect platform to build one of the most elegant and en vogue beach clubs in Europe.
